Many Bloom Box orders are curated specifically for the customer, so whether an order can be cancelled depends on how far it has progressed.
Advance Payment
Orders are confirmed with a 50% advance payment, and the remaining 50% is paid before dispatch. If you cancel, any refund of the advance depends on how far the order has progressed, as described below.
Order Not Yet Started
If curation, sourcing, personalisation or preparation has not begun, cancellation may be possible. Please contact us immediately with your order details. Any refund eligibility will depend on the payment already received and any costs already incurred for the order.
Order Being Curated or Prepared
Once products have been sourced, packaging has been arranged or preparation has started, cancellation may be limited. We will review the status of the order and let you know what can still be changed or cancelled.
Personalised or Custom Order in Production
Orders involving names, monograms, printed items, company branding, custom packaging or other personalised elements may not be cancellable once production has begun. Any costs already committed to personalised production may be non-refundable.
Order Already Dispatched
Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner, it generally cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy if there is an issue after delivery.
Delivered Orders
Delivered orders cannot be cancelled. If something is damaged, incorrect or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and refer to the Returns & Refunds policy.
Wedding, Corporate & Bulk Orders
Large orders often require advance sourcing, production and packaging commitments. Cancellation conditions for these projects may therefore be included separately in the quotation or order confirmation. Where a project-specific cancellation condition has been agreed, that condition will apply to the order.
